Refund policy

If a TaxOptima product is not useful to you, we will give your money back. Digital files cannot be returned, so we make the refund easy instead.

30-day money-back guarantee

• Email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase.
• Send it from the address you paid with, or tell us the email shown on your payment receipt.
• You do not need to give a reason. If you tell us what was missing, we will use it to improve the product.

How the refund works

• You get the full price back, to the card or payment method you used.
• We aim to approve it within two business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• After a refund, please delete your copy of the file. We trust you to do so.

Subscriptions

If we offer a subscription, you can cancel at any time and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment.

Problems with a download

If the file does not open or the link does not work, email us and we will fix it or send a new copy, usually the same day.
